The position behind every batch we release, written so that a buyer can map it onto their own supplier qualification criteria.
Purity target, quantity, form, packaging, release criteria and documentation format are fixed in the written quotation. Nothing is manufactured against an unstated expectation, and the specification on the quotation is the specification written onto the release documents.
Purity is reported as area percentage from reverse-phase HPLC at a stated wavelength. Identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry against theoretical molecular weight, with observed and theoretical values both recorded. Where a criterion is not met, the batch is re-purified or rejected — it is not released with a caveat.
Column, gradient, flow rate, detector wavelength and instrument reference are recorded so that the analytical result can be assessed independently rather than taken on trust.
A batch number, synthesis date, purification route, filling date and retained sample are held against each lot. A downstream query about a delivered unit can therefore be answered against records rather than recollection.
The certificate, analytical records and traceability record are assembled and checked against the order before the parcel is sealed. Documentation is enclosed with the shipment, not issued afterwards on request.
If material does not meet the agreed specification, the discrepancy is reviewed against the retained sample and batch records, and the resolution is confirmed in writing. The outcome is recorded against the lot.
Send the catalogue reference or target sequence, required purity, quantity and destination. The procurement desk returns a formal quotation with the documentation package and lead time.
