How shipments are prepared, what is enclosed, and how shipment queries are handled.
Catalog items are typically dispatched within 24–72 hours of confirmed order. Custom synthesis and bulk timelines are stated on the individual quotation and are measured from confirmation of specification.
Lyophilized material is dispatched in a sealed vial with desiccant and protective outer packaging. Insulated or cold-chain packaging is used where the material specification or destination requires it, and the regime applied is recorded on the dispatch note.
The Certificate of Analysis, analytical records and batch traceability record are enclosed with the shipment. Additional documents agreed at quotation stage are included where applicable.
The buyer is responsible for confirming import requirements and holding any licence or authorisation required in the destination jurisdiction. Customs documentation is prepared against the destination requirement provided at quotation stage.
Report a discrepancy with the lot number, the condition on receipt and supporting evidence. The case is reviewed against the retained sample and batch records and the outcome is confirmed in writing.
Shipping terms are stated on each quotation and apply to that transaction. Buyers should review the stated terms before confirming an order.
Send the catalogue reference or target sequence, required purity, quantity and destination. The procurement desk returns a formal quotation with the documentation package and lead time.
